          Martin Kalungu-Banda

          Background

          Martin has worked at senior levels in business, government and international development specialising in leadership and organisation development.

          He is co-faculty of the Presencing Institute, Visiting Fellow of the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School, and Research Fellow at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Between March 2005 and May 2008, he served as Special Consultant to the President of Zambia with the mandate to re-establish the position of Chief of Staff in the Presidency.

          Martin Kalungu-Banda has been involved with the Presencing Institute from its very early years onwards.
